WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT GROUP
We are delighted to offer this 4-month group tailored to women who struggle with self-esteem issues. The work centers on strengthening your ability to hold boundaries, becoming more authentic, reducing people-pleasing tendencies, discovering your own needs and wants, and letting go of perfectionism and guilt-driven behaviors. If you identify with this, then this workshop is designed for you!
This group is specifically developed to be longer in duration to allow for a change process to take hold. Working on behavioral changes involves setting weekly intentions and the cultivation of a consistent “practice” that allows for transformation and change. The program combines psychoeducation, experiential exercises, and weekly homework to facilitate self-awareness and growth.
Through a safe and supportive environment, members will:
- Learn the origins of codependency, where it comes from and how it forms.
- Learn about toxic shame and its role in the development of codependence and addictive tendencies.
- Learn about the Window of Tolerance and skills to help to regulate emotions.
- Identify triggers in relationships and learn healthy coping patterns.
- Identify codependent behaviors and relational patterns across all relationships.
- Learn self-soothing and re-parenting techniques to embrace self-worth and develop healthier interdependence within relationships.
- Learn effective communication skills that can deepen emotional intimacy and connection.
- Learn to practice emotional intimacy and authenticity in a safe environment.
- Uncover blind spots and greater self-awareness.
- Apply new skills weekly and grow independently and collectively.
If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.
